Ryan Aiello, Defensive Coordinator & Strength/ Conditioning Coach

Ryan will be in his second year with AU coaching staff and will be the Defensive Coordinator.

 

Aiello has previously coached at Ball State University for the last five years, working with the defensive backs as well as linebackers.

 

He played football for the Cardinals in 2004 and graduated from Ball State with his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in 2007.

 

He added his master's in Adult and Community Education in 2009.

 

Aiello is single and resides in Muncie.
